Our care model includes trusted community-based doulas, lactation consultants, mental health care, nutrition support, and postpartum guidance, grounded in cultural connection and professional excellence.

Community Wellness
Wellness is more than physical health—it’s connection, confidence, and belonging.
Our community wellness programs bring families together to learn, grow, and heal. We also offer evidence-based maternal mental health programs and emotional health support, delivered by trained professionals who reflect the communities we serve. We make space for vulnerability and wisdom, empowering parents with tools, knowledge, and trusted community care.
Our programs reduce isolation and stress while building circles of support that last long after the sessions end. By blending ancestral knowledge with practical skills and clinical care, we help families reclaim wellness on their own terms—and in their own voices.
Building New Models of Care
We train a new generation of community-rooted perinatal birth workers, co-create research with families, and advocate for policies that advance equity, environmental justice, and workforce development.
From Medicaid reimbursement to barriers in care, we challenge the systems that harm our communities and build new models rooted in trust, representation, and lived experience. This is care designed with—and by—those most impacted.
