Through hands-on experience and a structured employment pipeline, doulas-in-training gain skills, mentorship, and professional opportunities.
We employ many of its graduates directly while also supporting others in launching their own businesses. In partnership with insurers and hospitals, we place trained doulas into care settings, raising the standard of culturally congruent maternal care while creating sustainable livelihoods.
