Service Eligibility

Enrollment Process and Eligibility Criteria

MAAME, Inc.’s community-based perinatal health program provides accessible non-clinical perinatal support to expectant individuals and their families, extending from pregnancy through their child’s fifth year. MAAME services are offered on a sliding scale fee structure based on individual needs, in which $50 administrative fee applies to all participants. Potential clients who earn over $60,000 will be required to pay market rate for services

Families belonging to historically excludeded communities and those eligible for WIC, TANF, and Basic Food, or with an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), may qualify for enrollment sponsorship as available. If a participant is required to cover service costs, our rates are set below market rates and are determined on a sliding scale.

Additionally, we are happy to arrange a payment arrangement to assist with any associated expenses.
