It Takes a Village

Durham County Residents

Durham County Residents

At MAAME, Inc., we are dedicated to providing essential services to families throughout their perinatal journey. We believe in equitable access to care, offering our services on a sliding scale to ensure that every family can receive the support they need, regardless of financial circumstances. Our services can be covered through sponsorship or Medicaid, including Healthy Blue.

A one-time orientation fee is required to begin services, which helps cover support for non-Medicaid services. This fee includes client orientation, educational materials, and resources from our First Food program, which provides nutritious produce boxes. It also includes access to our monthly perinatal mutual aid support, designed to assist families during the perinatal period.

Our commitment is to make quality care accessible to all families and ensure that no one is turned away due to financial barriers.
